Full Day Excursion with Glacier Express Andermatt Chur by Train

Leave Lucerne along the lake into William Tell’s countryside. A possible photo stop at William Tell’s monument at Altdorf.

Drive up the Reuss valley and along the Schoellenen Road with the famous Devil’s bridge to Andermatt at the foot of the impressive Gotthard massif.  

Board the Glacier Express for an exciting and unforgettable train ride across the Oberalp Pass and through the upper Rhine valley to Chur capital of the Grisons.  

At Chur reboard your motorcoach and drive via Heidi’s village of Maienfeld into the Principality of Liechtenstein. Stop at its tiny capital Vaduz, situated below the Prince’s castle with some time at leisure if you want to send postcards to your stamp collecting friends. 

Late afternoon return via Lake Walen to Lucerne.
Lunch is included on the Glacier Express.
